Parkridge Health System expands outpatient mental health access in Chattanooga
The Parkridge Mental Health Therapy Center is now open and providing mental health care for Chattanooga
Parkridge Health System is excited to announce a new outpatient mental health care location with the Parkridge Mental Health Therapy Center in Chattanooga.
“Mental health is a cornerstone of overall well-being, and by providing accessible therapy services right in our community, we are helping to ensure that no one has to face their struggles alone,” said Dr. Krikor Jansezian, chief executive officer of Parkridge Valley Hospital. “The Parkridge Mental Health Therapy Center represents our commitment to making mental health programs more accessible and strengthening the health of our community.”
The center provides individual and group therapy services in a non-hospital, office-based setting. Licensed therapists will provide effective and compassionate counseling services for adults and adolescents, including:
- Individual therapy
- Family therapy
- Group-based therapy
- Virtual and telehealth sessions to accommodate work and school schedules
- Collaboration with Parkridge Valley Hospital in Chattanooga for patients who may benefit from inpatient or intensive outpatient mental health programs
The therapy center also offers evaluations and treatment plans for many conditions, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma and others.
