About Parkridge Mental Health Therapy Center
At Parkridge Mental Health Therapy Center, we are committed to providing effective, collaborative and holistic services to individuals experiencing mental health needs.
We provide both virtual and in-person individual and family therapy sessions to adults and adolescents ages 12 and older. Our convenient virtual therapy options allow people to receive therapy in a way that suits their unique circumstances and preferences.
Licensed providers at our outpatient mental health facility are highly trained and skilled in evidence-based treatment modalities. Some of the approaches we use include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), exposure and response prevention, mindfulness-based techniques and trauma-informed interventions. Using a diverse suite of therapies means we can provide a larger range of services to meet all your needs.
