We want to provide each patient the convenience of having basic billing questions (e.g., account balance, when and to whom account was billed, payments received, etc.) answered either by a patient account representative or our 24-hour/7-days-per-week electronic phone service.
Our Business Offices are open to take calls from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Time. Our Electronic Phone Service can answer basic patient billing concerns 24 hours/7 days a week.
Please remember that we have a financial counselor and cashier at each facility to continue our service of answering all billing concerns.
