The moment a parent sees their child for the first time is a moment they cherish forever.

That was especially true for Hannah Higley and her adoptive daughter, Daisy, too.

And through a new technology at Parkridge East Hospital, the Higley family can see Daisy when they weren’t at the hospital as well. Hannah’s family in Australia and New Zealand were able to see Daisy too.

The state-of-the-art NICU camera system allows families to check in on their little ones through a 24/7 livestream in full HD when they are away or on the other side of the globe in the case of some of Hannah’s family.

Hannah expressed her thanks to the NICU team for the care they provided both her and Daisy.
