CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – Michelle Ridley, RN, BSN, has joined the staff of Parkridge West Hospital as medical/surgical unit director.

A native of Jasper, Ridley earned her associate degree in nursing from Chattanooga State and her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Graceland University. She has 16 years of nursing experience, most recently serving as the charge nurse in the Parkridge Medical Center emergency department. In her new role, Ridley will lead the staff of the inpatient care unit of Parkridge West Hospital.

“We are fortunate to have Michelle as a member of our nursing leadership,” Shirley Scarlatti, ACNO of Parkridge West Hospital said. “Her abilities and experience make her the ideal person to lead our medical/surgical program.”
