March 16, 2009- Julie Holt, LCSW has recently joined the staff of Parkridge Valley's Daystar Counseling Center. Ms. Holt is available to treat children & adolescents and is currently accepting new patients. Before joining the staff of Daystar, Ms. Holt was in private practice and has more than twenty years of experience in behavioral health.

Daystar was established in 1991 and became a part of Parkridge Valley in 1996. The Daystar program provides traditional outpatient services including individual, family, group, couples and medication management for ages 3 — 99. Daystar is staffed by five licensed therapists and one psychiatrist and serves Meigs, Monroe, Polk, McMinn and Bradley counties.
