Parkridge Health System
October 07, 2010

Women in the Chattanooga area are invited to attend "Girls' Night Out" on Thursday, October 22nd from 5:30 — 7:30 p.m. at the Diagnostic Center on the campus of Parkridge Medical Center.

This free event is designed exclusively for women and will blend health and wellness education into an entertaining and engaging evening out. Women will enjoy free pampering sessions, door prizes, refreshments and other entertainment options while getting important women's health information and screenings. A special cancer-focused "Ask the Doctor" panel will be available from 6:00 — 6:45 p.m. for women to ask the Parkridge cancer experts anything they’ve ever wanted to know about cancer.

Women are so busy taking care of others that they seldom take time out to care for themselves. "Girls' Night Out" is the perfect opportunity for women to bring their family, friends and co-workers to enjoy an evening of healthy fun as they learn how to live a healthier, happier life.

"Girls' Night Out" is a free event, but registration is required. For more information or to register, call TriStar MedLine at 1-800-242-5662.
