Brittney Goggans of Wildwood, GA gave birth to Parkridge East Hospital’s first baby of 2016 at 2:54am on New Year’s Day. Little Gabriel Lucas Goggans weighed in at 5 pounds and 12 ounces, and measured 18 inches long. The family received a dozen red roses compliments of Humphrey’s Flowers.
