CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.– Psychiatrist Dr. Ken Pittman has joined the staff of Parkridge Valley Hospital.

Dr. Pittman, a Knoxville native, earned his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Clemson University and his medical degree from East Tennessee State University’s Quillen College of Medicine. He performed Triple Board residency training in Pediatrics, Adult Psychiatry and Child Psychiatry at Indiana University , where he served as Chief Resident of the General Psychiatry Program in 2010. Dr. Pittman’s areas of interest include autism spectrum disorders and the mental health care of patients with chronic childhood illnesses.
