Chattanooga, TN – Parkridge Health System is pleased to announce William Pitt as director of physician and provider relations for emergency medical services (EMS) and outreach. Pitt will serve as a liaison between EMS providers and Parkridge Health System’s emergency medical services and regional physicians.

“William is an exemplary professional and leader who will be an asset to our work with EMS partners and extending emergency care to our community,” said Chris Cosby, chief executive officer and president of Parkridge Health System. “We are excited to have William on our team, and we look forward to his leadership in this space.”

Pitt brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, specializing in operational, financial and clinical aspects of emergency medical activities. He most recently served as the vice president of clinical operations for Fast Access Healthcare. He also served in various leadership positions with both Puckett EMS and Walker County Emergency Services. Will began his career as a paramedic, working across the region in Tennessee, Georgia and North Carolina.

Will received a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Southern University and Bachelor of Arts in biological anthropology and anatomy from Duke University. He lives in Chattanooga with his wife, Melissa, and three children.
