For more than 53 years, Parkridge Health System has served the Chattanooga region, evolving from a single hospital in 1971 to a comprehensive network of five hospitals, three freestanding ERs with additional renovations in development.
Parkridge Health System is equipped with experienced care teams and the latest technology to provide top-tier healthcare in women’s services, cardiology, mental health, oncology, critical care and more to ensure Chattanoogans get the care they deserve.
This transition is also coming at a time when our healthcare system is in the midst of its largest investment project to date. We have multiple expansion projects underway, including a $72 million tower expansion at Parkridge Medical Center that will significantly enhance our capacity and critical care services. At Parkridge East Hospital, expansions to our labor and delivery and emergency services areas in 2022 were so successful with patients, we are now working on a second expansion of the same size in 2024. These expansions are in addition to a $10 million facility-wide renovation completed in 2021.
